Forest Ridge Construction was founded on a simple family principle “Do it right or don’t do it at all”.  With this in mind, Tom Jaworski founded Forest Ridge Construction in 1993. Tom utilizes his precision training received from building world class commercial projects and integrating the exquisite definition only found in luxury homes to produce a one of a kind building experience.

Tom is the Founder & Owner of Forest Ridge Construction. Tom has continually perfected his craft over 30 years of experience while always offering new innovative products, materials, and technology. Tom's management of the job site is unmatched as he personally can build anything you desire and can creatively work through complex details.

Joe handles project management with oversite of project billings and company finances while ensuring projects remain operationally efficient and financially sound. He loves working in the field if not putting together project estimates or billings.

Chloe is an Interior Design graduate from Michigan State University, where she learned state of the art software & learned to master the art of design with her firm in Atlanta. Chloe designs our homes start to finish while also project managing to assure we have a perfect end product.

Melissa brings many years of project management experience to every project, offering thoughtful design input and guidance throughout the process. With her extensive knowledge of the business, she supports the team day-to-day and ensures each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Field Engineer

Ryan oversees each job site to ensure work is completed, materials are delivered correctly, & the site remains clean, organized, and safe. Most importantly, he takes pride in making sure the plans on paper come to life in the field.
